A large part of Tilburg’s population consists of students, this is due to the large number of higher education institutions in the city. You will find Avans, Fontys and Tilburg University here. This has the advantage that there are a lot of fun things you can do in Tilburg. Would you like to sniff some culture? Then go to Kunst Museum de Pont or the Textielmuseum. The Pathé cinema is located in the city centre, so you’ll never have to miss the latest films again! Fan of parties, concerts and shows? Then visit Poppodium 013! Furthermore, the nightlife is located in three places: Korte Heuvel, Piusplein and Stadhuisstraat. Here you will find the best bars! INPUT also has their favourite bar, Feestcafé de Prins, here we can often be found during our activities. Ps. Did you know that Tilburg also has a karaoke bar? Would you like to have a nice dinner? No worries, enough fun tents! Some even have a nice student price!
There are lots of fun things you can do in Tilburg, you’re guaranteed never to get bored.
You can play sports at the sports centre of Tilburg University. You have an annual subscription for only 133 euros, with which you can do literally anything. Zumba, pole dancing, swimming, ice skating, spinning, tennis or of course just fitness. You can even go to a physiotherapist if you need to, or just go to the sauna, which you can reserve. With this subscription you can also play sports in Stappegoor, near T-kwadraat, if you live closer to there.
Tilburg really offers something for everyone. You can join a study association, but also a sports club or a student association. During TOPweek you will visit all student associations and get in touch with various sports clubs. Ask your mentors what the options are, they will be happy to tell you! Are you looking for more contact with businesses and would you like to expand your professional network? The career committee will dig into the serious side of Human Resources and companies. The formal side of your student life will get a boost, you will reach out to businesses and organize business visits. Moreover, you will organize the HR-challenge, where you organize the most challenging, interesting, educational and entertaining business case related to a current HR theme. The career committee will definitely give your CV & network a boost! At last, the committee has a pub lecture. If you are interested, apply for the career committee! Are you a freshman and would you like to do a little bit extra besides your regular student life? The Freshmen committee, also FreshCo, is an excellent way to get to know other freshmen and to discover what being a member of a committee contains. The FreshCo will organize four activities, both formal and informal. The FreshCo will organize a family day, men/women activity and a formal activity. In short, the FreshCo is a varied committee for all the freshmen who would like to become an active member of INPUT. The International Integration Committee (IIC) will focus on integrating the HR internationals in the Netherlands and at INPUT. The IIC will organize three activities: a business visit to a multinational, a activity related to all our different cultures and the last activity will be a free activity. Do you have a creative mind and do you like writing? If so, the INPUT’er needs you! The INPUT’er is the magazine for all the members of INPUT. This magazine will contain interviews, fun facts, pictures and a lot more to decide! A part of the The INPUT’er will create two magazines. Moreover, the committee will have their own button in the INPUT application. The committee will publish on a bimonthly basis a short item. This could be a little interview, a fun story or some fun facts. The interpretation of those items is completely free! Does this all sounds good to you? Don’t hesitate and apply for the INPUT’er committee! The INPUT’er will have different functions than the other committees. There will be a chief editor, a columnist, an interviewer, a photographer and a gossip puter.
This year the Studytrip committee will organize two small study trips! This means a great journey inside Europe! Visiting stalactite caves in Slovenia? Learning about HR in Sweden or being a tourist in Spain? Nothing is impossible and everything is possible! The study trip will consist of the perfect balance of interesting business visits, culture and partying. Are you enthusiastic and do you have plenty ideas of great destinations? Together with other motivated master students you will organize two activities, One formal activity which is centered around creating usefull experiences relating to master students future working life. One more casual informal activity which aims to connect master students with eachother, increasing their personal network.

Hey everyone! On the 23rd of June we are ending our year with a closing party. So, save the date!
Being an active member is a great start for boosting your CV, learning new skills and getting to know new people. But if you want to get more out of your active membership by INPUT, you can start by fulfilling a specific function with more responsibility. Below the different functions will be explained.
Chairman
As a committee chairman you are responsible for your committee. You set up the agenda for the meeting, ensuring that everyone meets his action points, keep overview and preside the meetings. In addition, you have close contact with the committee’s coordinator to implement information from the board into your committee. Do you feel like learning how to manage a committee? Then chairman may be something for you!
Secretary
As a secretary of the committee you will make the minutes during the meetings. You make sure the minutes are structured and clear, and you send them to your committee members. Additionally, you will inform all your committee members about each and every one of his/her action points, so that a member of the committee can easily find this in the minutes. Does this sound like something you like to do or want to learn? Apply for the secretary’s function within a committee.
Treasurer
As a treasurer of a commission, you are responsible for the finance within a committee. You get a certain amount of money from the association, and it is up to you to draw up a budget for every activity. After each activity, you are responsible for the realization as a follow-up on the budget. Do you want to learn how to handle money the best way? Then the treasurer position is really a great fit for you!
General Member
As a general member, you attend the meetings and activities of your committee and take on action points. You are actively involved in your committee to make it a great success! In addition, you can put in all your creative ideas and have a proactive attitude at all times. If you are interested in becoming a member of the committee, you do not need to mention this specifically in your application.
