Are you also eager to participate in a committee of INPUT (again)? Are you looking for a challenge, boosting your CV and connections, a fun time, many learning moments or just new friends? Apply for a committee within INPUT. Of course, you always have the opportunity to apply for multiple committees.
Below you will find information about what it means to be in a committee and what the differences are between the committees. At the end of this file, you’ll see what the functions of a committee include, if you prefer to do a special function you can apply for this as well. If you have any questions, please contact the Board 2025-2026.
Do you like to hang out with a group of people? Do you like to organize fun activities? Are you capable of keeping a bunch of students together? Then the Activity committee is made for you! The Activity committee, also known as the ‘AcCie,’ will organize three activities. One activity is the citytrip to a city the committee chooses. This committee also organizes a pubcrawl. The other activity is free and they can be as crazy as you like. Laser tag, bowling, going for a boat trip in the afternoon, you name it and the AcCie will realize it! Is this your call? Don’t hesitate and apply for the Activity committee! You can apply for chairman if you like, the other functions will get assigned during the first committee meeting.
The committee will take approximately 1 hour a week of your time.
Are you looking for more contact with other associations and would you like to expand your network? The connect committee will organize activities with other associations from the faculty, or even outside of the faculty! The informal side of your student life will get a boost, you will reach out to other students and organize nice activities. The ConneCie organizes a theme party, a Huifkar Cantus and you also have the possibility to come up with an activity yourself! If you are interested, apply for the connect committee! You can apply for chairman if you like, the other functions will get assigned during the first committee meeting.
The committee will take approximately 1 hour per 2 weeks of your time.
Are you a freshman and would you like to do a little bit extra besides your regular student life? The Freshmen committee, also FreshCo, is an excellent way to get to know other freshmen and to discover what being a member of a committee contains. The FreshCo will organize three activities, both formal and informal. The FreshCo will organize a Friend and Family Day. In short, the FreshCo is a varied committee for all the freshmen who would like to become an active member of INPUT. You can apply for chairman/-woman if you like, the other functions will get assigned during the first committee meeting.
The committee will take approximately 1 hour per 3 weeks of your time.
The Health Committee (HealthCie) will focus on keeping our members healthie. Of course the association is all about fun and with that drinking. But the HealthCie will make sure all the members stay healthy. So do you enjoy your student life without drinking to much? Join the Health Committee and organize a sportsactivity, a healthy High Tea and come up with something together with your other committee members. Do you have great ideas on how to keep your fellow students healthy? Don’t hesitate to apply for the HealthCie! The committee will take approximately 1 hour per 2 weeks of your time.
Do you have a creative mind and do you like writing? If so, the CreaCie needs you! The INPUT’er is the magazine for all the members of INPUT. This magazine will contain interviews, fun facts, pictures and a lot more to decide! A part of the CreaCie will create two magazines, one per semester. Moreover, the committee will have their own blog on the website. To keep members updated about activities in a fun way!

The most important thing of this committee will be the deadlines.
Every year the General Members Day will be organized to bring a relaxing day for INPUT members. A lot of fun, multiple activities and being together is what this day contains. The General Members Day is an amazing day that really brings our members together! And what would be more awesome than organizing this day yourself? The Camp Committee is also responsible for the introduction weekend for all the freshmen. If you would like to organize the most awesome introduction camp for the new freshmen of INPUT, then we are really looking for you! Together with other INPUT members you will create an unforgettable introduction camp which is free for your interpretation! It is often seen as the most amazing weekend of the year! The committee will start at the beginning of the year and will take approximately 1 hour a week of your time. Consider that the committee continues until the end of September 2026!
Do you know how to throw a party or do you want to learn how to organize it? Are you creative when it comes to themes? Than the Tipsy Committee needs you! The Tipsy Committee organizes 3 really awesome parties. The first one is the cantus: the Friendscantus, where people can bring non-INPUT members! Another activity that is being organized by this committee and where members look forward to the whole year, is the well-known INPUT Date Dinner. Do you want to give our members an amazing evening filled with delicious food, drinks and fun, and have you always wanted tot play Cupid? Apply for the TipCie! Like almost every other committee, the TipCie also has a free activity where you can decide with the other committee members what we are going to do. This committee will take approximately 1 hour a week of your time.
Next year (2026-2027), INPUT exists for 40 years. We all know what that means, a whole week filled with amazing activities and parties! Do you want to start brainstorming about our Lustrum week and make sure INPUT’s 8th Lustrum does not go unnoticed? Join the Lustrum Committee! We are looking for people who know the association very well, but also people that can come up with new/fresh ideas. Does this sound like you? Don’t hesitate and registrate now! The committee will take approximately 1 hour a week of your time.
This year the Studytrip committee will organize one small study trip! This means a great journey inside Europe! Give your INPUT on the destination and all the activities we will be doing during the entire trip and help to make this studytrip unforgettable! Visiting stalactite caves in Slovenia? Learning about HR in Sweden or being a tourist in Spain? Nothing is impossible and everything is possible! The study trip will consist of the perfect balance of interesting business visits, culture and partying. Are you interested in organizing an awesome trip? Then this is your chance! You can apply for chairman if you like, the other functions will get assigned during the first committee meeting.
NOTE: By participating in this committee, you guarantee yourself a spot on this amazing studytrip. So it’s a win-win situation!
The committee will take approximately 2 hours a week of your time untill the studytrip is over.
Are you a motivated master student or pre-master student looking to boost your CV and be in touch with HR-oriented companies? Then the (Pre-)Master Committee is just for you! Together with other motivated master students you will organize three activities, One educational, but also fun activity which is centered around a theme you and your committee members decide. This activity takes place in the form of a Pub Lecture. The other two activities are entirely up to you!
It is a very low-maintenance committee, and therefore perfectly compatible with pursuing a master’s degree.

This committee will take approximately 1 hour per month of your time.
Every other year INPUT organizes a congress. This year the congress will take place. During your time at the committee you will organize a large-scale meeting around a certain theme. The theme will be composed by you and your committee. Would you like to expand your network and get in contact with various organizations in the industry? Then the Congress Committee is definitely something for you! It’s a very educational way to get in touch with different organizations. So would you like to help organise an educational day full of new impressions and information? Don’t hestitate and register now for the Congress Committee!

On Thursday the 11th of September we had a great start of the academic year with our annual INPUT Opening
Being an active member is a great start for boosting your CV, learning new skills and getting to know new people. But if you want to get more out of your active membership by INPUT, you can start by fulfilling a specific function with more responsibility. Below the different functions will be explained.
Chairman
As a committee chairman you are responsible for your committee. You set up the agenda for the meeting, ensuring that everyone meets his action points, keep overview and preside the meetings. In addition, you have close contact with the committee’s coordinator to implement information from the board into your committee. Do you feel like learning how to manage a committee? Then chairman may be something for you!
Secretary
As a secretary of the committee you will make the minutes during the meetings. You make sure the minutes are structured and clear, and you send them to your committee members. Additionally, you will inform all your committee members about each and every one of his/her action points, so that a member of the committee can easily find this in the minutes. Does this sound like something you like to do or want to learn? Apply for the secretary’s function within a committee.
Treasurer
As a treasurer of a commission, you are responsible for the finance within a committee. You get a certain amount of money from the association, and it is up to you to draw up a budget for every activity. After each activity, you are responsible for the realization as a follow-up on the budget. Do you want to learn how to handle money the best way? Then the treasurer position is really a great fit for you!
General Member
As a general member, you attend the meetings and activities of your committee and take on action points. You are actively involved in your committee to make it a great success! In addition, you can put in all your creative ideas and have a proactive attitude at all times. If you are interested in becoming a member of the committee, you do not need to mention this specifically in your application.
